# Taihe Intelligent: Sunshine New Energy acquires 5.79% of shares

Taihe Intelligent announced that the company's shareholder Xu Dahong signed the "Second Share Transfer Agreement" with Sunshine New Energy. Xu Dahong intends to transfer 10.6131 million shares held by him to Sunshine New Energy through the agreement. This agreement transfer was confirmed for compliance by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on October 28, 2025, and the transfer registration was completed on October 27, 2025. After the transfer, Sunshine New Energy holds 22.90% of the company's shares, while Xu Dahong holds 17.36% of the shares. This transfer does not involve a tender offer and will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
