SANYOU CHEMICAL announced that the company plans to invest RMB 100 million of its own funds to jointly invest RMB 270 million with Zhongke Haina and Guokong Kechuang to establish a joint venture in Nanpu Development Zone, planning to build a sodium battery materials - cell - system integration and other industrial chain projects, extending the development of the sodium-ion battery industry
