# Taobao goes global for Double 11, launching 2.1 million new products worldwide

Wall Street News has learned that this year for Double 11, Taobao launched a major promotion simultaneously in 20 countries and regions in 5 languages for the first time, and introduced 2.1 million new products globally, among which hundreds are global exclusives or Taobao's first releases. It is reported that well-known brands such as BOSIDENG, Bose, Thunderbird, Huami, SEMIR, Pechoin, MAO GEPING, and Winona have all chosen to achieve global synchronization of new products through Taobao.
