# Hainan Airlines Holding: Provides a guarantee of 354 million yuan for its subsidiary Urumqi Airlines

Hainan Airlines Holding announced that it recently signed a "Guarantee Contract" with Zhongqiong No. 1 to provide an irrevocable joint liability guarantee for the debts under the main contract of its holding subsidiary Urumqi Airlines with Zhongqiong No. 1 Aircraft Leasing, with the guaranteed amount expected to not exceed 353.5785 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the actual guarantee balance is 42.045 million yuan, and the total external guarantee balance for the company and its holding subsidiaries is 2.5984736 billion yuan, accounting for 114.32% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. This guarantee is within the authorized limit for the fiscal year 2025 and does not require further review. Urumqi Airlines has an asset-liability ratio exceeding 70% and has provided counter-guarantees, making the guarantee risk controllable
