# TIANMAI: Plans to issue no more than 786 million yuan in convertible bonds to invest in the Luzhi base project

Suzhou Tianmai announced that the company plans to issue convertible bonds to unspecified objects, raising no more than 786 million yuan, for the construction project of the intelligent manufacturing base for thermal conductive and heat dissipation products in Suzhou Tianmai, with a total investment of 1.36 billion yuan. Before the raised funds are in place, the company will use self-raised funds for initial investment. If the net amount of raised funds is less than the total amount planned for investment, the company will appropriately adjust the investment amount, and the shortfall will be resolved through self-raised funds. After the project is completed, the company will add an annual production capacity of 30 million PCS of high-end isothermal plates. The company stated that the project is necessary and feasible, which will enhance its market competitiveness and profitability
