# Xinzhi Group: The largest shareholder plans to reduce holdings by 3%

Xinzhi Group announced that its largest shareholder, "CITIC Securities CITIC Trust CITIC General Operations Stock Pledge Directed Asset Management Plan," holds 104 million shares, accounting for 25.48% of the company's total share capital. Due to the need for project exit, it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of the company's total share capital within three months from the fifteenth trading day after the pre-disclosure of this reduction plan, through centralized bidding and block trading, with no more than 1% through centralized bidding and no more than 2% through block trading. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at that time
