# ST Kingland Technology: Plans to jointly invest 300 million yuan with Jiaorun Materials and Jiaotou Runda to establish an industrial investment fund to invest in industries such as rare metals and polymer materials

ST Kingland Technology announced that the company plans to jointly invest 300 million yuan with Heilongjiang Jiaorun Material Technology Development Fund Partnership and Heilongjiang Jiaotou Rundai Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. to establish the Harbin Jiaorun Xingcai Venture Capital Fund, with an initial investment of 100 million yuan. Among them, ST Kingland Technology will contribute 50%, Jiaorun Material will contribute 49.9%, and Jiaotou Rundai will contribute 0.1%. The fund will primarily invest in the new materials field, including rare metals, polymer materials, and composite materials, with at least 60% of the investment in this field coming from the fund's contributions
