NTI: Chongqing Huarui Feng plans to reduce its holdings by 1%

NTI announced that its shareholder Chongqing Huarui Feng, holding 10.0649 million shares, accounting for 2.22%, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.5332 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's shares, through centralized bidding from November 20, 2025, to February 19, 2026, due to funding needs
