# Decro: Plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2 yuan for every 10 shares in the first three quarters of 2025

Decro announced that the consolidated net profit for the first three quarters of 2025 was 59.496 million yuan, and the net profit of the parent company was 102 million yuan. After the statutory reserve fund is extracted, the distributable profit is 125 million yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2 yuan for every 10 shares based on the total share capital after deducting the shares held in the repurchase special securities account as of the profit distribution implementation date, with no bonus shares or capital increase. As of a certain time in 2025, the repurchase special securities account held 785,800 shares, and based on the share capital of 133 million shares after deduction, the expected cash distribution is 26.5096 million yuan. The plan still needs to be reviewed by the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025
