Dynanonic announced that Mr. Ji Xuewen, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced his holdings by a total of 2.5546 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from August 1, 2025, to October 24, 2025, accounting for 0.9117% of the company's total share capital; as of October 24, his holdings decreased to 22.3337 million shares, accounting for 7.9710%. As of the announcement date, he had cumulatively reduced his holdings by 3.7977 million shares, accounting for 1.3554%, and decided to terminate the original plan to reduce his holdings by 8.3214 million shares in advance, with the unliquidated portion no longer being implemented
