# GYLS: Shaoxing Guokong indirectly controls more than 30% of the company's shares

GYLS announced that Shaoxing State-owned Assets Control Group Co., Ltd. obtained 100% equity of Shaoxing State-owned Assets Operation held by Shaoxing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission through investment. This allows it to indirectly control more than 30% of the shares of the listed company through Shaoxing State-owned Assets Operation and its controlling Huangjiu Group. The acquisition was completed with the industrial and commercial change registration on March 31, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of Article 63, Paragraph 1 of the Acquisition Management Measures, exempting it from making an offer. After the acquisition, the direct controlling shareholder of GYLS remains Huangjiu Group, and the actual controller remains unchanged, still being Shaoxing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission
