# List of cybersecurity concept stocks with the highest net financing inflows this month

According to Xinhua News Agency, the 18th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress voted on October 28 to pass the decision to amend the Cybersecurity Law, which will take effect on January 1, 2026. According to statistics from Securities Times·Data Treasure, there are 43 cybersecurity concept stocks, including the HKD 100 billion market cap company IEIT, as well as larger market cap stocks such as 360, GUOXIN MICRO, Baoxin Software, and China Great Wall. From the funding perspective, as of October 28, 19 concept stocks have received net financing inflows this month, with GUOXIN MICRO, CS&S, IEIT, and Deep Technology leading in net financing inflows, each exceeding 100 million yuan
