The particles come in 12Gb and 16Gb, while the chips offer capacities of 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB. The module LPCAMM products have capacities of 16GB and 32GB. The speed ranges from 8533Mbps, 9600Mbps, to 10677Mbps, and is compatible with LPDDR5. Products with speeds of 8533Mbps and 9600Mbps have been mass-produced since May of this year, and products with a speed of 10677Mbps have started customer sampling According to Changxin Storage's official website, in October 2025, Changxin Storage shared the latest progress of its LPDDR5X products at the IEEE 2025 ASICON conference. Currently, Changxin Storage's LPDDR5X product lineup includes various forms such as chips, modules, and particles. Among them, the particles include two capacity points of 12Gb and 16Gb. The chip form provides solutions covering multiple capacity points of 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB. The module form of the LPCAMM products has capacities of 16GB and 32GB. The LPDDR5X products have data rates covering 8533Mbps, 9600Mbps, and 10677Mbps, while being compatible with LPDDR5.
