# HCET: Plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.28 yuan for every 10 shares in the first three quarters of 2025

HCET announced that the profit distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025 has been approved by the board of directors and is subject to the approval of the shareholders' meeting. In the first three quarters of 2025, the company achieved a net profit attributable to shareholders of 38.9914 million yuan. The plan indicates that based on a total share capital of 183 million shares as of September 30, a cash dividend of 0.28 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling 5.1232 million yuan, with no increase in share capital or bonus shares. If there is a change in total share capital, the distribution ratio will be adjusted according to the principle of maintaining the total distribution amount unchanged
