# HCFA: BOSCH China plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 3%

HCFA announced that its shareholder Bosch Investment Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.5304 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital, due to its own funding needs. The reduction period will be within three months starting from fifteen trading days after the announcement is disclosed
