# BANGYAN TECHNOLOGY: Plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore with an investment of USD 3 million to expand overseas markets

BANGYAN TECHNOLOGY announced that the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, PANSTONE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD., to promote the globalization of its cloud PC business and expand into overseas markets. The project plans to invest no more than 3 million USD, with funds coming from its own or raised capital. This investment has been approved by the sixth meeting of the fourth board of directors and does not require shareholder approval, but is subject to registration or approval by relevant departments and overseas registration. The investment does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, and while there are operational risks, it aligns with the company's long-term strategy
