# Ferrotec: Co-investing in a semiconductor industry fund with professional investment institutions

Ferrotec announced that the company, along with partners such as XINLIAN Private Equity Fund Management Partnership, has jointly signed the "Limited Partnership Agreement of Shanghai XINLIAN QICHEN Private Investment Fund Partnership" to increase capital for the Shanghai XINLIAN QICHEN Private Investment Fund Partnership. The subscribed scale of the industrial fund has increased to 1.25 billion yuan, and the company intends to act as a limited partner with its own funds contributing 30 million yuan, accounting for 2.4% of the total contribution. The industrial fund focuses on the upstream and downstream of the semiconductor industry chain, with key investments in upstream semiconductor, design companies, and emerging application fields such as hard technology, AI, robotics, and new energy
