LUTIAN MACHINERY announced that as of the disclosure date, shareholder Shao Yutian holds 6.9939 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.05%. Due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.7248 million shares, accounting for 1.00%, through centralized bidding from November 20, 2025, to February 19, 2026; and to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.4496 million shares, accounting for 2.00%, through block trading from November 4, 2025, to February 3, 2026.
