Xingtu Xinke announced that the fifteenth meeting of the fifth board of directors approved a reduction plan. The special securities account for repurchase plans to reduce no more than 866,600 shares through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, accounting for 0.84% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period is from November 21, 2025, to February 20, 2026, and the funds obtained will be used to supplement the company's working capital needed for daily operations
