# GRKJ: Shareholder Gong Ruiliang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

GRKJ announced that shareholder Gong Ruiliang, who holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 8.827 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, due to performance commitment compensation guarantees and funding needs. This reduction will take place within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading. The reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital, and the reduction through block trading will not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period is from November 20, 2025, to February 19, 2026
