# JZ GROUP: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.88% of shares

36Kr learned that JZ GROUP announced that the actual controller Li Yin plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 6 million shares (accounting for 0.94% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares), and the concerted actor Zhao Xiaohong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 6 million shares (also accounting for 0.94%). The reduction will be conducted through centralized bidding and block trading. The reason for the reduction is to repay stock pledge debts and ensure the stability of the company's equity structure and shareholder rights. The reduction period is within 3 months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure (i.e., from November 20, 2025, to February 19, 2026)
