# FSPG: Plans to jointly establish a project company with related parties

FSPG announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Guangdong Guangxin Innovation Research Institute Co., Ltd. to establish a project company with a registered capital of 75 million yuan, of which the company will contribute 45 million yuan, holding a 60% equity stake, while Guangxin Research Institute will contribute 30 million yuan, holding a 40% equity stake. After the establishment of the project company, it will become a subsidiary controlled by the company and included in the company's consolidated financial statements
