# Coco Healthcare: Plans to sign a letter of intent for equity acquisition

Coco Healthcare announced that the company recently signed a "Share Acquisition Intent Agreement" with Hanhe Paper Industry and its shareholder Wu Jie. The company intends to acquire no less than 60% of the target company's equity in cash and achieve control over Hanhe Paper Industry. The overall valuation of 100% equity of the target company is tentatively set at no more than RMB 650 million, and the valuation of 100% equity of the target company and the pricing of this transaction will ultimately be subject to the audit assessment report and the formally signed acquisition agreement
