# Dtech: Plans to issue H shares and list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Dtech announced that the company will hold the 15th meeting of the second board of directors on October 29, 2025, to review and approve the proposals regarding the issuance of H shares and the listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as related proposals. The company plans to publicly issue foreign shares for overseas listing and list on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to deepen its global strategic layout, promote the construction of an international platform, enhance comprehensive competitiveness, and achieve high-quality sustainable development. This issuance and listing still need to be submitted for review by the company's shareholders' meeting and must obtain the filing, approval, and/or authorization from relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies, including the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
