# Long Ping High-Tech: Subsidiary Lianchuang Seed Industry introduces 5 strategic investors with an increased capital amount of 1 billion yuan

Long Ping High-Tech disclosed on October 29th the progress of introducing strategic investors for its subsidiary Beijing Lianchuang Seed Industry Co., Ltd.: Agricultural Bank Investment intends to invest 200 million yuan to subscribe for 2,971,882 yuan of registered capital of Lianchuang Seed Industry, with the remaining premium portion all included in the capital reserve of Lianchuang Seed Industry. The five strategic investors introduced this time are all state-owned professional investment institutions, reflecting the support of state-owned capital for the revitalization of the seed industry. After the subsequent capital increase parties are determined, the amount of this round of capital increase for Lianchuang Seed Industry will be set at 1 billion yuan, which will enhance the capital strength of Lianchuang Seed Industry, effectively reduce the overall asset-liability ratio of Long Ping High-Tech, while enhancing the technological innovation capability of Lianchuang Seed Industry and supporting the company's inter-industry integration based on Lianchuang Seed Industry as a platform, consolidating Lianchuang Seed Industry's leading position in the domestic corn seed market
