# JiHua Group sues Lujiazui Trust for compensation of over 60 million yuan, involving multiple violations in the product Huading No. 18

On October 29th, JiHua Group announced a lawsuit, with the company suing Lujiazui International Trust Co., Ltd. for compensation exceeding 61.57 million yuan. The case is currently accepted by the court and has not yet gone to trial. Behind this "business trust dispute" is a trust product—HuaDing No. 18—purchased in 2021 and due in 2022, which has yet to be redeemed. Not only listed companies but also individual investors have filed lawsuits. According to the Tianyancha APP, recently, individuals such as Li and Che have sued Lujiazui Trust on the grounds of business trust disputes. Reporters have learned that multiple investors have entrusted legal action and are waiting for the court to schedule a hearing
