# HWHG: Shareholders holding more than 5% of shares have completed the commitment to acquire Wuhu Xinfeng's stake

HWHG announced that, after the approval of the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, the commitment change related to the acquisition of Wuhu Xinfeng shares by the shareholder Yichang Chantuo, who holds more than 5% of the shares. Recently, the company received a letter stating that Yichang Chantuo designated its wholly-owned subsidiary Yichang State-owned Capital Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. to complete the acquisition and delivery of all shares of Wuhu Xinfeng held by China Cinda and Xinshi Li Bao on October 29. After the acquisition is completed, Yichang Chantuo will hold all shares through its subsidiary, achieving full control over Wuhu Xinfeng, and the relevant commitments will be fulfilled
