# FUDAN FORWARD: Plans to purchase directors and officers liability insurance not exceeding 416,000 yuan, with a limit of 50 million yuan per year

FUDAN FORWARD announced that the company will hold the 17th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors on October 30, 2025, to review the proposal on "Purchasing Liability Insurance for Directors and Senior Management." Since the directors are the insured parties, they will abstain from voting, and this matter will be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review. The proposal indicates that the policyholder is the company, the insured parties are the company, all directors and senior management, and other responsible persons, with a compensation limit not exceeding 50 million yuan per year, and the premium not exceeding 416,000 yuan per year, with an insurance period of 12 months. The Board of Directors intends to request the shareholders' meeting to authorize the management to handle matters related to insurance application and renewal
