# DAJY: Authorized management to sell up to 3% of the company's total share capital

DAJY announced that the company will hold the third interim meeting of the ninth board of directors on October 29, 2025, to review and approve the proposal to authorize the management to sell part of the stock assets. The authorization period is within 12 months from the date of approval by this board meeting, with the total number of shares to be reduced through centralized bidding transactions not exceeding 1% of the total share capital of the listed company, and the total number of shares to be reduced through block trading not exceeding 2% of the total share capital of the listed company.
