# GATD: Plans to provide a loan limit of no more than 50 million yuan to its holding subsidiary

GATD announced that it plans to use its own funds to provide a loan limit of no more than 50 million yuan to its controlling subsidiary Chenghangfa, with a term of one year starting from the date of the agreement signed after the shareholders' meeting approval, and the limit can be reused. The loan interest rate will reference the bank's loan interest rate for the same period and will not be lower than the company's comprehensive debt financing cost. Chenghangfa's minority shareholder, Meng Jian, is the company's deputy general manager and is considered a related natural person. This matter constitutes a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization. In the past 12 months, the company's related party transaction amount with related parties reached 1.17% of the most recent audited total assets, which needs to be submitted for shareholders' meeting approval
