# ZRCBANK: The board of directors approved multiple proposals to plan the absorption and merger of rural banks

ZRCBANK announced that at the 12th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors held on October 29, 2025, several proposals were reviewed and approved. These include the "Business Operation Report of the President's Office for the Third Quarter of 2025" and the "Company's Third Quarter Report for 2025," among others. The proposal regarding the absorption and merger of Jiangsu Donghai Zhangnongshan Village Bank Co., Ltd. and its conversion into a branch was approved, and this proposal needs to be submitted to the most recent shareholders' meeting for review, with the time for the shareholders' meeting to be notified separately. In addition, the revision of the restoration plan and the "Internal Audit Regulations" were also approved, with all proposals receiving a voting result of 11 votes in favor, 0 votes against, and 0 abstentions
