Leadmicro announced that senior management personnel ZHOU REN, holding 1.5148 million shares, intends to reduce their holdings by no more than 378,700 shares, accounting for 0.0821% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of announcement due to personal funding needs. The reduction period is from November 24, 2025, to February 23, 2026, and the reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of the reduction
