# YISHENG: The second share repurchase has been completed, with a total repurchase of 1.40% of shares

YISHENG announced that the company's second share repurchase has been completed. From December 4, 2024, to October 29, 2025, the company repurchased a total of 15,512,500 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.40% of the total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 10.94 yuan/share and a lowest transaction price of 8.04 yuan/share, using funds of 139 million yuan. This repurchase complies with the plan requirements, and the shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan. If not implemented or fully utilized within 36 months, the unused portion will be canceled
