On October 30th, BAIMTEC announced that the company held the sixth meeting of the second board of directors on the same day, where it reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's General Manager." All directors unanimously agreed to appoint Liu Qiguang as the company's general manager, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board of directors until the end of the second board of directors' term
