# GUANGSHEN RAIL suggested appointing Li Danjiang as a non-executive director

According to the announcement from GSRC (00525), Mr. Hu Dan has submitted his resignation to the board of directors as a non-executive director of the company due to job changes, effective October 30, 2025. After his resignation, Mr. Hu will not hold any position in the company. In addition, the company received a written notice from its controlling shareholder, China Railway Guangzhou Group Co., Ltd. (Guangtie Group), which holds approximately 37.12% of the company's issued share capital, indicating its intention to recommend Mr. Li Danjiang as a non-executive director of the company's tenth board of directors. The board's nomination committee reviewed the above candidate and made a recommendation to the board. Based on the nomination committee's recommendation, the board resolved to propose the appointment of Mr. Li Danjiang as a non-executive director of the tenth board of directors
