STS announced that its shareholder Shanghai Jiuyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. holds 10 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.35%; it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.57 million shares through centralized bidding from November 21, 2025, to February 20, 2026, and by no more than 630,000 shares through block trading, totaling a reduction of no more than 2.2 million shares, accounting for 1.3961% of the company's total share capital
