# ZHONGYU ENERGY identifies two fraudulent platforms and clarifies that it has not authorized any fundraising

> ZHONGYU ENERGY identifies two fraudulent platforms and reminds investors to be vigilant. The company clarifies that it has no affiliation with these platforms and has not authorized any organization to raise funds in its name. According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHONGYU ENERGY (03633) announced that the board of directors has noted that the website with the domain https://web.zhongyugas26.com or “m.ubqxy.cn” and the account named “Zhixiang Qilian” with ID 651180521 (collectively referred to as the “fraudulent platform”) is using part of the group's information (including but not limited to the company's logo and images of group activities) without permission and impersonating the company. The company hereby reminds investors and the public to be vigilant against the fraudulent platform. The company clarifies that it has no association with the fraudulent platform and has never authorized any institution or individual to raise funds or solicit investments online in the name of “ZHONGYU ENERGY.”
