# GDM: Plans to invest no more than 100 million yuan to construct an expansion project for an annual production of 60 million meters of electronic-grade fiberglass cloth

GDM announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Jinrui Electronic Glass Fiber Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of an expansion project for the annual production of 60 million meters of electronic-grade glass fiber cloth, with a total investment expected to not exceed 100 million RMB, including fixed asset investment of approximately 50 million RMB and working capital of about 50 million RMB. Upon completion, the project will meet the demand for electronic-grade glass fiber cloth from its subsidiary, GDM Technology Co., Ltd., ensure the supply of raw materials for the company, and enhance the company's competitiveness. The project is expected to begin trial production by the end of December 2026
