# GDM: Plans to increase investment not exceeding 385 million yuan

GDM announced that the company will hold the 12th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors on October 30, 2025, to review and approve the proposal for additional investment in the Ningguo GDM copper-clad laminate project. It was agreed to invest no more than RMB 385 million in GDM Technology Co., Ltd.'s "Annual Production of 30 Million High-Grade Copper-Clad Laminate Project," with the total investment amount after the addition expected to be no more than RMB 1.385 billion. Once the project is fully completed, the total production capacity is expected to increase from the original 30 million sheets/year to 36 million sheets/year
