# SDRB: The Road and Bridge Group plans to invest 210 million yuan to establish a project company

Shandong Road and Bridge announced that its subsidiary, Shandong Road and Bridge Group Co., Ltd., as a member of the consortium, has jointly participated in the bidding for the infrastructure investor of the Fengdu Cruise Port to Nantian Lake Expressway project with Shanxi Wujian Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Erjian Group Co., Ltd., and Shandong High-speed Group Sichuan Leyi Highway Co., Ltd., and has won the bid. In response to the bidding documents for this project, the Road and Bridge Group plans to invest 210 million yuan of its own funds to jointly establish a project company with other members of the consortium, with the Road and Bridge Group holding a 15% stake in the project company. The total investment for the project is 7.012 billion yuan, with a construction period of 3 years and an operational period of 30 years
