# LONTRUE: Major shareholder Dongfang Xingzhi intends to acquire 14.51% of the company's total share capital

LONTRUE announced that the company's major shareholders Xinjiang Shanglong and Wang Guimei signed a Share Transfer Agreement with Dongfang Xingzhi. Dongfang Xingzhi intends to acquire 68,334,266 shares held by Xinjiang Shanglong and Wang Guimei, accounting for 14.51% of the company's total share capital, at a transfer price of approximately 5.31 yuan per share, with a total transaction value of 363 million yuan. At the same time, Wang Guimei waived her voting rights for the remaining 44,418,694 shares of the company. This equity change will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller; Dongfang Xingzhi remains the company's controlling shareholder, and Zhao Zheng remains the actual controller of the company
