# GUANGNAN (HOLD): Long Wenfang has been appointed as an executive director

According to the announcement from GUANGNAN (HOLD) (01203), the board of directors has announced the following changes in director positions effective from October 30, 2025: (1) the company's executive director Yang Zhe has been reassigned from general manager to vice chairman of the board. He will continue to serve as the acting chairman of the board and acting chairman of the nomination committee; (2) Long Wenfang has been appointed as the company's executive director and general manager; and (3) Zhou Hongji has resigned as the company's executive director due to work adjustments. He will continue to serve as the company's chief financial officer, company secretary, and authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05
