YKS announced that the company is unable to disclose the third quarter report for 2025 within the statutory deadline due to delays in the handover of financial information. On March 11, 2025, the court transferred all the shares acquired by the industrial investors through judicial seizure to the designated holding entity of the industrial investors. After this change in equity, Mr. Wang Wei directly holds 91.825 million shares of the company, accounting for 9.89% of the company's total share capital, becoming the largest shareholder of the company. At the same time, Mr. Wang Wei and his concerted actors collectively hold 167 million shares of the company, accounting for 18.00% of the company's total share capital
