# W. Africa Crude-Sellers hike offers, IOC picks up West African

> West African crude oil differentials remained stable as buyers have not accepted higher offers from sellers. India's IOC recently purchased 2 million barrels of Nigerian and Angolan crude from Exxon Mobil for December delivery. While offer levels for West African grades have increased, no deals have been finalized yet. Sellers are currently focusing on recent tenders rather than spot market offers, with December offers beginning to emerge.

West African crude oil differentials were stable on Thursday as buyers are yet to acquiesce to sellers' higher offer levels, while India's IOC picked up Nigerian and Angolan grades in a recent tender.

\* Offer levels for West African grades have risen but no deals have been struck so far, a trade source said on Thursday, amid a more positive sentiment for West African differentials.

\* Traders said this week that December offers have started to surface.

\* Sellers are so far focussing on recent tenders over spot market offers, a West African crude seller told Reuters.

\* India's IOC purchased 2 million barrels of West African crude from Exxon Mobil via a tender on Wednesday, trade sources said, snapping up Mondo from Angola and Utapate from Nigeria for December delivery.

\* Angolan Olombendo was last heard on offer at dated Brent plus $1.10, a trader said on Tuesday.
