According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dare Auto (300473.SZ) announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Aito Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. held by Shanghai Der Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and other trading parties through the issuance of shares and other means. The company also plans to issue shares to raise supporting funds from no more than 35 specific investors. According to the arrangements of the Listing Review Center of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company’s issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds will be reviewed in the near future
