# RIGOL: Cumulatively spent 25.9345 million yuan to repurchase 0.34% of shares

RIGOL announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through a share buyback proposal on April 29, 2025, using its own funds of RMB 30 million to RMB 50 million for equity incentives, with the repurchase period ending on April 28, 2026. Due to the annual equity distribution in 2024, the upper limit of the repurchase price has been adjusted from no more than RMB 56.79 per share to no more than RMB 56.39 per share. As of October 31, the company has cumulatively repurchased 665,061 shares, accounting for 0.34% of the total share capital, with a total repurchase amount of RMB 25.9345 million and a repurchase price ranging from RMB 37.51 to RMB 40.00 per share
