On October 31st, Shanghai Jahwa announced that the board of directors received a written resignation letter from director Deng Minghui. Due to retirement reasons, Deng Minghui resigned from his position as a director of the company's ninth board of directors and will not hold any position in the company after his resignation. The resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors
