# MEDLANDER: Plans to distribute nearly 30 million in dividends for the first three quarters and change its registered address

MEDLANDER announced that the company's third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 will review two proposals. The first is the profit distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025, with a net profit of 95.9987 million yuan for the first three quarters, proposing to distribute a cash dividend of 3 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders. After deducting the shares in the repurchase special account, the participating dividend shares amount to 97.8079 million shares, with a proposed cash dividend of 29.3424 million yuan, and no capital reserve transfer to increase share capital or bonus shares will be issued. The second is to change the company's registered address, revise the Articles of Association, and handle the business registration change, proposing to change the registered address to No. 1 Hualin Road, Jiangning District, Nanjing City
