# YUELING: Plans to repurchase shares worth 15 million to 30 million yuan, has repurchased 878,800 yuan

YUELING announced that on April 24, 2025, the company's board of directors agreed to repurchase shares for equity incentives with an amount ranging from 15 million to 30 million yuan, at a repurchase price not exceeding 16 yuan per share. It is expected to repurchase between 937,500 and 1,875,000 shares, accounting for approximately 0.37% to 0.73% of the total share capital, with an implementation period of 12 months. As of October 31, 60,000 shares have been repurchased, accounting for 0.0234% of the total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 14.79 yuan per share and a lowest price of 14.51 yuan per share, totaling 878,800 yuan in funds, sourced from self-owned funds and special loans
