# Wanhua: The shareholding reduction plan of shareholders holding more than 5% has been completed, with a reduction of 0.54% of shares

Wanhua Chemical announced that its shareholder, Synthesis International, previously planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.54% of the company's total share capital within three months after the announcement date of August 1, 2025. As of October 31, the reduction plan has been completed, with Synthesis International having reduced a total of 16,999,947 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.54% of the company's total shares. The reduction price range was between 61.08 - 69.79 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 1.115 billion yuan. After the reduction, Synthesis International's shareholding ratio decreased to 4.98%
